  STEP 1: REGISTER
In order to shop on Awoof.net, you need to register. It is easy and FREE! Simply click on the “register” on the home page and complete the registration form.

When you register at Awoof.net, you'll be asked to provide your basic contact information. Your information will be kept private on Awoof’s secure servers. Check your email—Awoof.net will send you a message with a link and instructions for confirming your registration. Simply follow the instructions to complete your registration.
That's all there is to it!

NOTE: You will be asked to provide an e-mail address, a contact address and a mobile phone number.

Email: Once you've completed the form you will receive a confirmation email from Awoof.net to the email address you submitted during the registration process. This email will contain the details you require to log in and buy hence a VALID e-mail address is essential.

Contact Address: Your contact address will be used as the default delivery point for all your orders unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that you enter your complete address. POST OFFICE BOXES and/or PRIVATE MAIL BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Mobile Phone Number: Your mobile number will be used as a form of identification for mobile-phone based payment methods. To avoid any complications, please ensure that your mobile phone number is entered accurately. Your mobile phone number can also be used to send you bargains, special offers and confirm transactions (as text messages) if you so desire.


STEP 2: FIND PRODUCT
There are 4 ways to find what you’re looking for on Awoof.net:

Browse Products:Use this option if you just want to check out all Awoof.net has on offer. The view products link can be found on the top of every page.

Product Search: Use product search if you're looking for something specific. Type keywords into the search box that best describe what you are looking for. There is a QUICK SEARCH dialog box at the bottom-left of each product page. Use the Advanced search option to add extra search options.

Search by Category:Use this option to browse through products from a particular category (e.g. Apparel, Arts & Craft, etc). On the home-page, the categories can be found in the shopping lounge. On all other pages, the categories can be found on the extreme left of the screen.

Browse Awoof.net’s Affiliates:Use this feature to shop in any of our Affiliate Shops. Our affiliates can be seen under the FEATURED STORES header on the right side of the home-page. Find out how to enjoy Affiliate Shopping.


STEP 3: MAKE PAYMENT
We welcome these payment options:

For non-credit card holders:
EASY-NAIRA ONLINE PAYMENT CARD: Easy-Naira is an e-commerce product developed for Nigerians. To pay with Easy-Naira, log on to www.awoof.net, select your product(s), proceed to check out and choose to pay with Easy-Naira scratch card by clicking on the Easy-Naira icon. Purchase Easy-Naira scratch cards (in denominations of =N=2,000, =N=5,000 and =N=10,000), scratch off the security foil and key in the PIN in the provided space. You can buy Easy-Naira scratch cards at designated vendors.
NOTE: The Amount deposited will reflect in your Awoof.net E-purse immediately.
 
DIRECT DEBIT: With this option, users can make payments into Awoof.net accounts in various banks. Users can pay the exact amount of the transaction into the most convenient branch of the bank of your choice. The value reflects in your e-purse within one hour.

For this option, users complete the shopping process and select DIRECT DEBIT payment method. The transaction details will be sent to your e-mail and the order will be classified as "PENDING" until the total amount is paid into any of the specified accounts.

If the complete amount is paid within two(2) working days of the order, items will be shipped no more than 24 hours after confirmation of payment. If no action is taken two days after ordering, the order will be cancelled.
The following banks support the Awoof.net direct debit scheme:
Zenith-Awoof account enables users to go to their nearest Zenith Bank branch to pay money into Awoof Dot Net Ventures, account number 6010147726. The user name and user identification number should also be filled in the “depositors’ name” space (on the deposit slip) for identification purposes.
NOTE: The Amount deposited will reflect in your Awoof.net E-purse within one hour after which shipping process will commence.
   
Gtb-Awoof account enables users to go to their nearest Guaranty Trust Bank branch to pay money into Awoof Dot Net Ventures, account number 216-173-084.The User name and user identification number should also be filled in the “depositors’ name” space (on the deposit slip) for identification purposes.
NOTE: The Amount deposited will reflect in your Awoof.net E-purse within one hour after which shipping process will commence.
   
Neticash® is a convenient, easy to use, secure method of online payment which has been tested and trusted by users worldwide. To use, simply select neticash as your payment option during any transaction on awoof.net.
For credit card holders:
Simply click on the PayPal “Buy Now” button and follow the instructions. Provision has been made for shipment by Awoof.net.
PayPal is free for buyers, your card details are never shared with the seller and it allows you to send payment immediately, meaning the faster the seller receives payment, the faster you'll receive your item! Via PayPal, we receive payment from the following:

Final charges seen on awoof.net are inclusive of tax, administrative and delivery charges (to your doorstep). There are no hdden charges on awoof.net.
Items are delivered to your doorstep ONLY AFTER ALL FEES have been paid. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GIVE CASH TO ANY DELIVERY PERSONNEL.


STEP 4: PRODUCT DELIVERY

International-Affiliate shipping (outside Nigeria) A £3.50 flat-shipping-fee is charged per kilogram NET weight (plus packaging) of the item(s) purchased on Awoof.nets’ international affiliate sites. Items that weigh less than one kilogram are still charged the standard 1 kilogram fee.

Duration Awoof.net normally takes between 7 - 10 days (from the date of receipt of items in our international offices) to ship international affiliates’ items. To calculate the total delivery time (i.e. Total time it takes to get your order), you add the amount of time it takes the affiliate to ship to our international offices (usually 24hrs) to the amount of time it takes for us to ship from our international office to your doorstep (usually 7 days; max. 10 days).
Most orders take 10 days from time of order to arrival at your door step!

Local shipping (within Nigeria)
Free shipping within the Lagos metropolis for items over =N=100,000. For items that cost =N= 99,999 and below, we charge a shipping fee of =N=300 plus 5% of the total cost of the item(s) (i.e. including transaction fees). Higher shipping fees may be charged depending on weight.
For buyers outside Lagos (nationwide), we charge a flat shipping fee of =N=3,500.00

Duration
Items are normally delivered within 24 hours of ordering for locations within the Lagos metropolis. Transactions completed before 11am on weekdays may qualify for same-day delivery.
Nationwide orders (outside Lagos); normally take 3-4 days for delivery.
